At Leya, we take immense pride in the quality and longevity of our leather goods. Each piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for unused products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag.
  • Items should be free from any signs of wear, marks, or alterations.

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@leyastudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will share a prepaid return label and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved following our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for international orders. In the rare event that you receive defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritise a replacement or a full refund.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid for international orders are non-refundable.
